Administrative Training

Elevating the gift of administration, as mentioned in 1 Corinthians 12:28. Too often, people with this gift are under appreciated and often dismissed. If you think of each group as a vehicle, administration is the engine. When it does not run smoothly, the vehicle cannot move well. Valuing administrators brings a whole new element to the process of establishing a powerful Kingdom culture on earth.

Over the years, God’s given TWC a passion to restore the gift of administration to its place among the other Biblical gifts. Think about Joseph in the Bible. Without God moving through His gift of administration, several nations would have been lost during the times of famine. His perspective on seeking strategy from God and on how to apply that strategy made all the difference.

This is a training that activates you in real time operations with a team of Warriors who move beyond function into Kingdom focus. Walking with God in any administrative, or support activity, develops spiritual muscle memory and authority. At the same time, Kingdom administrators carry a tremendous role of authority beyond what the functional parts of their tasks suggest. Theirs is a combined role of function, discernment in prayer, creativity for process and Kingdom partnership with God. The structure they develop means dreams have a place to become real and people can be supported in their development.

Encouraging Mature Administrators

This training encourages maturity in God while practicing how to establish The Warrior Commission (and/pr other groups) in the next spiritual territory. These Warriors train in establishing ongoing support, prayer development, exploring improvements and streamlining processes.

Beyond Function

Administrative Training includes the mindset shift from “function only” thinking into relational “cross pollination.” With this shift, Administrators are coached to become leaders who explore ideas and creative processes through technical skills, maintaining member support, graphics and the internal workings (operations) of our TWC Tribe.

In doing so, Administrative Training adopts a developmental process of bringing heaven to earth in practical, yet innovative ways. This team gives Warriors an opportunity to use their gifts and talents behind the scenes in TWC. While training relationally with other Warriors, through monthly meetings, and individual coaching, you will train in how to administrate strategically, and with Kingdom perspective.

For in the same way that one body has so many different parts, each with different functions; we, too—the many—are different parts that form one body in the Anointed One. Each one of us is joined with one another, and we become together what we could not be alone. Since our gifts vary depending on the grace poured out on each of us, it is important that we exercise the gifts we have been given. If prophecy is your gift, then speak as a prophet according to your proportion of faith. If service is your gift, then serve well. If teaching is your gift, then teach well. If you have been given a voice of encouragement, then use it often. If giving is your gift, then be generous. If leading, then be eager to get started. If sharing God’s mercy, then be cheerful in sharing it.
