One of our values is something we call, “Permission Granted.” This concept brings great freedom in our process of growth. It is not about a free for all, nor does it mean we move ourselves away from the Biblical foundations we all hold dear. Permission Granted is a lifestyle of freedom in Christ.

Let’s cover a few things Permission Granted brings us. We have permission:

To discover our true identity in Christ
To awaken to all God has for us
To discover deep relationship with our Father, His Son and Holy Spirit
To love the learning
To make mistakes and learn from them
To develop resolve and resilience in this life
To turn from problem focused to taking hold of what is possible
To innovate and impact our areas of influence through intercession
To become warriors, champions and game changers
To experience times of great activity followed by times of rest
To use rest as a balance of refreshing, deepening and growth
To try new things and generate new ideas within our Community
To have a safe place to develop and be encouraged in our process of becoming more like Jesus.
To encourage, lift up and urge each other forward
To explore the majesty and kindness of God
To develop a community of people who have endurance for the long haul, accelerate development through our training, and make a positive impact on this world.

These statements are a taste of the permissions we explore in The Warrior Commission. We are a community dedicated to seeing and living a lifestyle of transformation (becoming more like Jesus modeled for us on earth). We train to incorporate the resources, precepts and principles in our daily life. What we learn is much more than knowledge. Our learning process is ongoing and upgrades our ability to live from sanctified passions.

Permission Granted means we submit ourselves to the Lord to explore the freedoms He laid out in the Bible, recognizing the strength of purpose and destiny open to all believers in Christ: Freedom from oppression, fear, anxiety, worry… We train to grab hold of Kingdom treasure in all of life’s circumstances, walking with the Lord to turn all things to His good.

Galatians 5:13
“For you, brothers, were called to freedom; but do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh. Rather, serve one another in love.”

Christine Casten
Executive Director of The Warrior Commission

“God is my passion. TWC is my Tribe. My life is an amazing adventure as I explore possibilities and dream with God. I am a wife and best friend to John (26 years), mom to my college-aged kids, friend, mentor, teacher/trainer, business owner, speaker, strategist, pioneer and native Texan. I love visiting with Father, Son and Holy Spirit to discover His heart. I love the process of growth and have great expectation for who each of us is becoming. My favorite thing is to see people soar in and through their relationship with God!
