TWC Values for Teams

You are unauthorized to view this page.

We value team training.  We value the process of growth.  We value your part in your journey.  We value the role others in The Warrior Commission have in inspiring you along the way. We value your role in community.

Team Training:  The Warrior Commission offers multiple team formats.  Some teams create a more focused training environment, which covers additional areas of development.  Other teams allow more freedom for you to pursue your training focus at your own pace with coaches to encourage you along the way.

Process of Growth: Teams may look different than you expect.  We often use unique formats because we value your process.  We value you and your desire to grow into a strong warrior: which means you are responsible for your training and for connecting to the training opportunities in The Warrior Commission.

Your Part in the Journey:  We celebrate the training process.  We recognize growth comes from experiences in our personal journey. We do not rescue you from times of struggle your journey, knowing the times of challenge help you grow.

The Role of our Warriors:  We know that others can inspire and encourage you as you hear how they overcame similar challenges.  The treasures they gained were not in the struggle itself, but how they applied some of their Warrior Commission training and how God reframed their mindsets and perspectives.

Your Role in Community: Community starts with you.  The Warrior Commission provides starting points for connection through our teams and special training, but ultimately, it is your joy to connect to our warriors.  Learn their journeys and stories.  They have a lot to share, just as you have a lot to give.

Below are some of our Team related Values and Principles.
