Meet Our Leaders

Directors and Operations

CHRISTINE CASTEN (EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/PRESIDENT)

God is my passion. TWC is my tribe. My life is an amazing adventure as I explore possibilities and dream with God. I am a wife and best friend to John (26 years), mom to my two college-aged kids, friend, mentor, WARRIOR, teacher/trainer, business owner, CHAMPION, strategist, pioneer and native Texan.

I love hanging with Father, Son and Holy Spirit to discover His heart. I love the process of growth and have great expectation for who each of us is becoming. I love seeing people soar into freedom through close connection with God, identity confidence and with the excitement of this Warrior Tribe — we encourage each other for more and keep “irons” razor sharp!

My favorite inheritance scripture is 2 Samuel 22. My main identity statement in this season is this: “I am radiant!” I’ve been a part of TWC since it began in 2011.

The Warrior advantage of living from Decisions that Define me/us is part of my prophetically inspired life. I have experienced all aspects of TWC – a Warrior member, a team leader, an Intel Director, etc. No matter what role, God has a way to speak to my heart, challenge me and connect me with amazing people all over the world. I believe God empowers TWC to have an impact in intercession and bring His Kingdom to earth. Abiding is my favorite Key Territory right now…simply because without it, because all other Key Territories depend on it. We have so much to discover and a vast landscape of God’s heart to explore!  It will be great to discover it together!

SHARON RUDOLPH (DIRECTOR OF MEMBER DEVELOPMENT)

I grew up in Waco, Texas, graduated from Texas A&M, then moved to Georgia in the 80’s where I met my husband and had 4 kids, who are now all grown. My husband and I are loving the learning as we adapt to being empty nesters.

As a couple, we have served the Lord in many ways our entire marriage.  My history is Sunday school teacher, small group leader, pastor’s wife, prayer minister, ministry director, prophetic voice.  My future is uncharted because Father God, Papa, likes bringing me surprises and I like exploring them, and He has planted me in The Warrior Commission for the exploring.

This Warrior Commission is a community and a location for me; a place where safety meets adventure and impossible meets hope of limitless possibilities, where family gathers seeking God deeply and with force.  As a TWC coach, I encouraged opening doors to new possibilities and closing doors to old, no longer needed, mindsets as each member becomes all Father God originally designed them to be — as co-heirs with Christ.  As the Director of Member Development my heart’s desire is to continue that, and to empower each member, no matter what the role, to their deepest intimacy with God and to foster re-imagining what is possible beyond what they can think or imagine, because these are the places where God lives – let’s go there too!

MARY REESE (OPERATIONS MANAGER)

I live in beautiful McKinney, Texas with my husband of 40 years.  Also, close by, live our two daughters, their husbands, and each have a son.  They are all beautiful blessings from Abba, and playing with my grandsons is such a thrill.

I love studying God’s word and gleaning wisdom and insights from other believers and, my yearning to know God more deeply has been a 45-year journey, and will continue on forever!  Many of those years were independent study because it was difficult to find others who understood my passion for Abba – God my Father.  So, when I found TWC, I was thrilled to finally find a group of believers who were of the same mindset.

Not only did I find TWC as my Warrior Tribe, but I found my mission/vocation.  Working for TWC as Operations Manager has been a culmination of all the jobs I have had through the years into this job – Abba has been training and preparing me for this job for my entire adult life and I am so honored to be shepherd over God’s flock!  “So guard your hearts. Be true shepherds over all the flock and feed them well. Remember, it was the Holy Spirit who appointed you to guard and oversee the churches that belong to Jesus, the Anointed One, which he purchased and established by his own blood.” Acts 20:28 TPT

KATHY BROWN (DIRECTOR OF ADVANCED TRAINING)

Beautiful Lake Tahoe, California has been my home for over 40 years. My husband and I raised 3 children skiing and hiking in this amazing outdoor community. My profession is personal fitness training and my passion in my work is to love people and help them find their goals and how to reach their potential.

My heart’s desire and my mandate on earth is to be known in heaven as one who loves the Lord God with all of my heart, soul, mind and strength. Intimacy with God is where I desire to live, move and have my being. I am a lover and follower of the Lord Jesus Christ. Walking with Him in His kingdom bringing His heart to His loved ones is a great honor, privilege and JOY.  1 John 4:17 “Because as He IS so are we in this world.”! I love watching what my Father is doing and partnering with Him in bringing heaven to earth.

Exploring the Kingdom of God with Holy Spirit and our tribe The Warrior Commission since 2011 has been a great and wonderful adventure of discovery and growth in the Spirit. It is my great joy to facilitate others in their discovery of new treasures about themselves, living in the Kingdom and about who God truly is! I am passionate about this journey together as we walk and learn together in the Kingdom!

BYRON EASTERLING (DIRECTOR)

My pursuit is to live heartfelt life-giving moments in our lives, from being together across the table conversing our dreams or concerns, to gathering to worship and learn.

What do I mean by heartfelt and life-giving moments? Several years ago, I had a cuppa and pondered the words real, genuine, and authentic. The terms had become popular expressions, and they were losing their oomph, their sting. Words do this over time. The meaning is lost or changes.

As I pondered, I prayed, asking the Spirit to open my understanding to alternatives that would constantly remind me of my ‘Why.’ Words to express my heart’s desire to live a real, genuine, and authentic life.

I began to write words on a page. All types of words reflected these three when I struck an internal chord. I desire to live heartfelt life-giving moments, and I have a deep desire that you do the same. My design is to live this on the earth and offer you ways to live this as well. Here’s to you!

Crystal and I met as youth ministers in St. Louis, Missouri. We married in 1981, raised one daughter who lives near us with her husband and two kiddos. We discovered more of God in 1986 through the ministry of John Wimber, who introduced us to my prophetic mentor, John Paul Jackson. In 2004, we founded Build His House (BHH), a non-profit focused on building safe and secure housing for widows and single mothers.

WARRIOR COACHES, FACILITATORS, AND SPECIALTY TRAINERS

ALMA COPENHEFER (WARRIOR COACH – CoNEXUS FOCUS)

I live in the cozy city of Costa Mesa in Orange County, California.  My husband and I are fortunate to have a quiver full of children; 5 children and 5 grandchildren.  There is never a dull moment in the Copenhefer home!  We love to cook, bake, eat, play games, dance, and simply just enjoy each other’s company.

After working in corporate America for many years, I was prompted to pursue a career in education.  Little did I know that this career change would soon after be a  lifeline during one of the most painful seasons of my life.   I’ve spent over a decade teaching 4th grader which has taught me so much about living as a “Much Loved Child”.  My profession and ministry as an educator has provided a training grown for battle, but also for delight.

My greatest passion and desire is to be Fully saturated in my beloved Bridegroom, Jesus!  It’s difficult to focus on just one verse as my favorite, but Galatians 2:20 takes me to a place of oneness with God.  It speaks of my ongoing journey to this place of oneness.   I am crucified with Chrsit, I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.   I am no longer my own, but belong to Him for he lives through Me.  We are ONE!  Because He lives in Me, His power and authority does too. His very essence of life, He dispenses into mine! What a lovely display of God’s goodness that He should give Himself fully and freely to us.  ~ Selah~

ANGELA YOUNG (LEAD COACH – INTEL FOCUS)

Hello! I have happily been a part of TWC since 2012. I am continuously grateful to live in Colorado Springs, Colorado which I call paradise. My husband is truly my best friend and we have fun together. We’re both amazed by one another and adore each other.

Home schooling our two children is my full-time focus and pleasure. My favorite core identity and purpose is from Philippians 3:10-11, “…that I may know Him [that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His person more strongly and more clearly].” This deeper discovery and cultivation of trust, friendship, faith and laughter are some cherished parts of our relationship. In that intimate place of Oneness with His heart there are no limitations, only opulent possibilities!

I am passionate about Intel within and outside of TWC and it deeply stirs my spirit. Intel is like James 3:17-18, “…wisdom from above that is first, pure, then peaceable, gentle” etc. Mentoring others in their Intel journey is a sweet honor and privilege. I love the culture of our TWC community in how we honor the prophetic wisdom and revelation that is released to us and the compassionate ways we steward its release through training, crafted prayers, intercession and Kingdom relationships. We are a marvelous and unique community!

ANGIE TAYLOR (LEAD COACH)

I live in on the very rural coastline of SW Scotland with my husband of 25 years, two dogs, a cat and about 150 Highland cattle. I am a mother, with two adult children from my first marriage, and a grandmother to two boys. I love reading, painting, sailing and going for long walks with our dogs by the sea who love swimming. God is Ishi [my Husband]. Like Esther – I am ‘called for such a time as this’. I am a woman of authority – a Warrior who leads by example and is not afraid of the fight (Ps 45:9).  I am called to be a ‘voice to the nations’(Isa 60:3). I have come from the grief of losing my church ‘family’, through passivity, broken dreams and bitter disappointments, to a place of expectation, hope, joy and delighting in the knowledge that I am the Beloved of my Father. My primary passions are Intimacy, Identity and Worship, and I look forward to encouraging our members to become Passionate Worshiping Warriors, who are compelled by Love, to forget what is behind and who want to ‘press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called (us) heavenward in Christ Jesus.’ (Phil.3:14).

BRIGETTA ESHLEMAN (CHAMPIONS TRAINING COACH)

For years I felt there had to be more to the Christian faith than what I found around me. I was excited to

finally find TWC, and have been a member since 2016. It has given me tools to live out my faith with

great intentionality. I love the ethos of our “why”, which is to “love the Lord with all our hearts, souls

and minds and to love others as ourselves”. Matthew 22:36-39

My personal passion is working with people who struggle with physical and/or mental health issues. I

believe the two are related. I long to see a system that integrates physical, emotional, and spiritual

health that would help people heal in profound ways. I believe the key is to help people connect with

Jesus. I love the adage “Because Jesus is who He is, we can become who we are meant to be”.

I live with my husband of 33 years at the base of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in Lynchburg, VA.

We have 3 grown children and several grandchildren. I am starting a completely new chapter in my life,

as a Health Coach. I am excited about the future and what God is doing in the world. I’m particularly

excited that I get to be a part of it.

DEBBIE ENGELMAN (LEAD COACH – CoNEXUS FOCUS)

I was born and raised in Fresno, Ca, The San Joaquin Valley. 10 years ago, we moved NE into the foothills to Prather, Ca. I have been married for 37 years. I home schooled my 3 amazing children, who are now adults (29, 28, 25). I have one daughter in love.

Some of the things that I love to do are cooking, planting flowers, watching movies, reading and the most important of all is developing my intimacy with Papa. At this time, I love taking passages and doing Lectio Divina’s. I love the dialog that this exercise creates between my Beloved and I.

Three words that describe me are optimistic, love and compassion. My passion is to encourage and help others discover God’s Nature, to know who he is and what he is really, really like.  (Romans 8:17: Inherit all that he is and all that He has) Identity and seeing themselves as His beloved are the keys that awaken, empower and lead us into the place of encounter and intimacy.

TWC has changed my life and set me free from an orphan spirit and religious mindset. I love the freedom that is given to us as we are granted permission to spread our wings and explore every possibility Papa has for us. “Everything is a YES, until He says no”.

GABRIELA PAPPAS (LEAD COACH – NEW MEMBER FOCUS)

Hi Warriors, my name is Gabriela Pappas. I am the New Member Lead Coach. I reside in Madera California which is in the San Joaquin Valley or Central valley. I have been married for 33 years and I have one daughter that lives in Southern California. I am a CPR Instructor and I teach BLS classes to medical professionals. It is my mission field. I get to travel all over the world without leaving the Central valley of California. My students comprise of Hindu’s, Muslims, Filipino’s, and Hmong’s.

One of my hobbies that I love is to quilt. One takes beautiful material, you cut it up put it back together. One side of the quilt is ugly, but the finished product is gorgeous like our lives.

My passion is new members and running alongside them as they grow in intimacy with the lover of their souls. TWC is all about training us to develop our intimacy with the Godhead and all its multifaceted ways. My favorite scripture is Song of Songs 3:4 Passion translation:

Just as I moved past them, I encountered him.  I found the one I adore!  I caught him and fastened myself to him, refusing to be feeble in my heart again.  Now I’ll bring him back to the temple within where I was given new birth – into my innermost parts, the place of my conceiving.

I love how this shows our pursuit of Him and how he allows us to catch him. I see His great big grin and adoration for me. It is so beautiful the way we take His breath way.

JEAN NULTY (CHAMPIONS TRAINING COACH)

I live in Kilkenny, in The Republic of Ireland. I have been here since I married John in July 2007,

when I left England. We have 6 children between us, who are all grown up and scattered around

Ireland, England, Hungary, and New Zealand. We live on a beautiful farm, with cattle, horses, foals,

sheep and chickens. Oh, and I nearly forgot, we have bees that give us beautiful honey! at the

bottom of my garden the river flows. So, I can honestly say it is like heaven on earth. There is never

a dull moment around here, there is always so much to do.  We belong to a wonderful Community

church, which is thriving with God!

I joined TWC in January 2018.  For years I had been struggling to get to the place with God, to earn

his love and to just get there!  All performance based, however, with the love that I received here at

TWC I realized that I am already loved and accepted, not because of anything I had done, but

what Jesus has done for me, and each one of us. So, there is no struggle to get “there” I am

already in Christ Jesus – all I must do is acknowledge this and rest in Him.

TWC is an exceptional place, for encouragement, growth, intimacy, fellowship, direction, wisdom,

love, and understanding with people who attract people who attract others! Whilst growing deeper

in love with Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit.

KEM STICKL (Trainer – Intel Focus)

As Father’s Beloved daughter, I have the honor of being the wife of my best friend, the mom of 4 amazing adult children, and the grandmother of 6 precious grandchildren.  We have been planted on Grand Island, NY near Niagara Falls where we love to jet ski, snow ski, hike, and mountain bike.

My passion is exploring Father’s heart and His Kingdom and all the limitless possibilities with my TWC Tribe where I have learned that my own development is an act of war.  My joy is partnering with the Lord and others in the process as we cover new ground and as our capacity for more is enlarged through being stretched.

My declaration for this season is from Esther 4:14 “I will RISE UP and say YES to the Lord and His call on my life.  My voice matters for I have been given authority and I am favored and anointed by Father to make a difference in this world by bringing heaven to earth for such a time as this.”

I am so grateful to be on this journey with you as we partner with God together to discover more of what He has in store for us.  The Best is Yet Ahead!

PAM LEITER (WARRIOR COACH)

Gratitude overflows as I write this, thankful for this dynamic & present-future community! I live in the Midwest US, in the middle of the tallgrass prairie ecosystem which is now a place of abundant harvest each year (in the natural this consists of corn & soybeans mostly :).

My first steps into the Warrior Commission journey were in the spring of 2016, and it’s been amazing all along the way. I love making connections at all levels, whether it’s connecting people to their next step, to each other, to renewed thoughts, etc.

One of my identity statements is “I am a champion receiver of God’s fullness, who releases that fullness to the world.” By profession, I am an outdoor educator, where I get to bring together 2 of my favorite things – nature and people.

STACEY BEEBE (WARRIOR COACH – TRAINING DEVELOPMENT FOCUS)

Hi amazing warriors!  My name is Stacey Beebe and I live in Holland, MI with my husband of almost 20 years, Brandon, and my dog Willow.  Together we humbly serve our local church community as Pastor and wife.  I have also been discovering my identity as a Christian author and recently published my first devotional.

I have been a member of TWC since 2014, and since then not a single day has gone by where I haven’t been deeply and eternally grateful for this amazing community.

My core identity is found in Psalm 27:4. “One thing I ask of the Lord, and this is what I seek.  That I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life.  To gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to seek Him in His temple.”  I just want Jesus.

Another one of my identities is an explorer and a builder.  I love to dream God’s dreams with Him and explore all the possibilities that He has to offer.  As I discover new routes and territories with Him, I love building pathways that others may be able to follow, expand upon, and use to take them more quickly to the unique territories that God is calling them into.  I am also a prophetic who loves to equip God’s people to hear His voice and connect with His presence for themselves.  I have a burning passion to see every member of the body of Christ rise up into wholeness and be empowered to freely live out of their unique identity God has given them.

TED MATHER (WARRIOR COACH – NEW MEMBER FOCUS)

I live in Simi Valley, California which is about 40 minutes from downtown Los Angeles. My wife of 53 years, and I, have two sons, daughters-in-law, and six grandchildren. I was a high school teacher and coach for thirty years in Ohio. My sons both moved to the LA area and when the grands started coming, we decided to join them. My life after teaching has been centered around God and family.

My passions are love and relationships. Long before I knew what it was, I could see into people’s lives and I would encourage people in whatever way I saw as necessary. I found myself on my face much of my life crying out for others.  Searching for the ways to restore relationships. My own journey was connected to discovery of identity and destiny.

Wait and love are representative of my core. Isaiah 40:31 and Matthew 22:27-40 are especially treasured Scripture for me.  I have waited on the Lord in every sense of the word, and it has nurtured the type of love that only He can grow.

This time in TWC has become significant because today I have a voice that I know matters. I am a man who God trusts with other’s hearts and He has given me His heart to share. I am His beloved and so are you.
